Q3. Why does the maximum speed of the product received not reach 21mph in the advertising description?
Answer: Due to different laws and restrictions in different regions, the regular maximum speed set by the factory is 15MPH. If you need to reach the maximum speed of 21mph, need to cancel the speed limit setting.
